K-STATE STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF VOLUNTEER TO MAKE RECYCLING HAPPEN AT WAKARUSA MUSIC FESTIVAL; RECYACALUSA PROGRAM STARTED BY TWO K-STATE GRADS

Kansas State University students, faculty and staff are chipping in to make the Wakarusa Music Festival a little greener.
The K-Staters are volunteering with the festival's recycling program, Recyacalusa. Now in its fourth year, Recyacalusa started as a project of K-State's Students for Environmental Action and two K-State alums who also were former presidents of the environmental group, including Becky Clark, a May 2007 bachelor graduate in biology, Fort Scott.
The music festival runs June 5-8 at Clinton State Park near Lawrence. K-State students volunteering with Recycalusa include:
