NEW POLICY TO ALLOW CLASS CHANGES FOR STUDENTS WITH FINANCIAL HOLDS ON THEIR ACCOUNTS
MANHATTAN -- To better serve Kansas State University students, the university's drop-add policy is being changed, effective immediately.
Students who have a financial hold for money owed the university this semester will be allowed to drop and/or add courses effective immediately, said Pat Bosco, associate vice president for institutional advancement and dean of student life.
"This will help our students as they make changes to their course schedules this fall," Bosco said.
The new policy does not apply to students who have past-due charges from a prior term. Enrollment restrictions will be placed back on past due student accounts Oct. 15.
