GRADUATE
FAIR SHOWCASING SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS
PROGRAMS AT K-STATE
MANHATTAN
-- If you're thinking about graduate school, a special event at
Kansas State University will help encourage you to think K-State.
Undergraduate
students considering graduate school are invited to explore the
options K-State offers in the science, technology, engineering and
mathematics disciplines at the Graduate Fair, Friday, Nov. 17, and
Saturday, Nov. 18. Events will be in Fiedler Hall, part of K-State's
College of Engineering complex. The fair also is open to master's
students who are interested in pursuing a doctorate at K-State.
Visitors
will have the opportunity to tour K-State's facilities and listen
to presentations on the university's graduate programs Nov. 18.
Registration will be the evening of Nov. 17, but preregistration
is required. The deadline for preregistration is Wednesday, Nov.
8, for visitors who need lodging accommodations, and Wednesday,
Nov. 15, for those who won't need lodging. To preregister online

Visitors
will learn about K-State graduate programs in:

The College of Agriculture, including: agronomy; agricultural economics;
animal sciences and industry; entomology; food science; grain science
and industry; and horticulture, forestry and recreation resources.
*
The College of Arts and Sciences, including biology, biochemistry,
geology, geography, mathematics and physics.
*
The College of Engineering, including: computing and information
sciences; electrical and computer engineering; and mechanical and
nuclear engineering.
*
The College of Human Ecology, including human nutrition.
*
The College of Veterinary Medicine, including anatomy and physiology.
