FAMILY TO DISCUSS THEIR EXPERIENCES LIVING, WORKING IN AFGHANISTAN DURING K-STATE PRESENTATION
MANHATTAN -- David and Debra Frey and their son, Andrew, will present "Living and Working in Afghanistan: A Family's Story" at 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, in Room 213 of the Kansas State University Student Union.
The presentation is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by K-State's office of international programs. Refreshments will be provided.
David Frey spent 27 years with the Kansas Wheat Commission, recently leaving to serve as the director of the Grain Industry Alliance in Kabul, Afghanistan. The agency is a subcontractor of the taxpayer-supported Rebuilding Agricultural Market in Afghanistan Program.
