K-STATE'S CHAPTER OF GOLDEN KEY GAINS NEW MEMBERS

MANHATTAN — Kansas State University's chapter of Golden Key, an international honor society, recently conducted an initiation ceremony for more than 300 new members.

Golden Key recognizes and encourages scholastic achievement and excellence in all undergraduate fields of study. Membership is by invitation only and eligibility is limited to the top 15 percent of junior and senior students. Faculty advisers to the K-State chapter are Jeffrey Smith, associate professor of geography, and Donita Whitney-Bammerlin, instructor of management.
